This was stated by Sudhir Vasudeva, CMD, ONGC, while inaugurating one day basic training workshop for offshore going contractual workers at Juhu Helibase, Mumbai.
“With a vision to make ONGC a world class organization in all respects, we still have a lot of ground to cover when to comes to safety being of paramount importance, he said, adding, that it has to be drilled into their mindsets that safety of operations and procedures ought to be ensured under all circumstance.
Vasudeva urged the contractors to become complacent and rather collaborate in this sphere also by contributing to ONGC’s goal of achieving a target of zero fatality operation, as every life is precious.
