Safety of railway passengers

Sir,
The death of 32 passengers on board New Delhi-Chennai Tamil Nadu Express near Nallore in Coastal Andhra Pradesh  is a  grave national tragedy.
There are many theories doing rounds about the cause of the accidents. It has been reported that Railway Minister smells sabotage, and does not rule out blast in the bogies. In such circumstances, a probe is necessary to ascertain the cause. In case it is a matter of sabotage, then certainly it is matter of grave concern which needs to be taken to its logical conclusion. The Railway Ministry should lose  no time in providing relief to the injured, and  to the family members of the victims.
Till the cause of this tragedy is ascertained, the Railway Ministry should ensure safety of passengers by way of introducing latest technology and beefing up security  in trains to keep tab on anti-social and anti-national elements.
Yours etc…
