Sagar accuses PDP-BJP of prevailing political uncertainty

JAMMU, Jan 29: Former Minister and general secretary National Conference (NC) Ali Mohammed Sagar has accused the PDP-BJP of creating a political uncertainty in the State after entering into alliance over 10 months back to form the coalition Government in the State.
Mr Sagar who was addressing the workers of NC Minority Cell here today said Kashmiri migrants have to play their useful role in shaping the destiny of the State as the divisive and opportunistic politics has brought the State at the cross roads of the history as the secular foundation laid by NC with its decades old struggle is at peril.
He said an added onus lies with the members of the Cell to apprise the people to unmask the anti people agenda of these two parties and strengthen secular values for which NC fought for decades together.
He informed the Party workers that membership drive will be launched soon and urged the Minority Cell members to launch a door to door campaign to apprise the people of the basic ideology of NC in both camp and non camp areas so that the good work of the previous NC led coalition for the welfare of the community could reach to every nook and corner.
Addressing the meeting president of the Minority Cell M K Yogi said that his organization is determined to fight communal and divisive forces who are against the pluralistic way of life and the migrant Pandits will not fall prey to the parties which are inimical to the interests of the people of the State.
B L Bhat Ex MLC and chairman of the Cell assured that its leaders will strive hard to strengthen the Party. Anil Dhar provincial vice president said that they will take the message of party to every nook and corner.
The Minority Cell leaders discussed various issues pertaining to migrants with Sagar.
