JAMMU, Apr 19: Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray, Jammu and Kashmir unit, has appealed the Lieutenant Governor Girish Chandra Murmu to issue strict instructions to private school owners for waiving first quarter tuition fees and not to recover any other charges.
Party president Manish Sahni also appealed the private school owners to come forward and announce the waiving off at least the first quarter tuition fees and set an example for humanity. He said that Shiv Sena would honor such school owners.
He further said that some private schools are demanding the fees by sending SMS to the students even during this lockdown, which is absolutely condemnable. Sahni that the country is facing a major economic slowdown and in this hour of crisis, everybody should help each other as much as possible.
