JAMMU, May 25: Sainik Colony Welfare Association Jammu today held protest demonstration against PDD and PHE Departments.
The residents led by senior vice president of Jammu Sainik Colony Welfare Association HS Dutta raised slogans against PDD and PHE Departments for their failure in mitigating their sufferings.
While speaking Bakshi Singh, general secretary said that despite paying revenue to these departments on regular basis, the latter have failed to provide them sufficient water and power supply.
“ERA has constructed three overhead water tanks, but till date, these tanks are not functional”, he alleged.
Rakesh Sharma, secretary warned the authorities of both the departments to solve their problems on priority otherwise the association will launch a crusade against them.
Among others who spoke were PS Dutta, Harkirth Singh, President, Ajit Singh, BD Balgotra, PP Singh, etc.
