Salal Power Station organizes half yearly meeting of TOLIC

REASI, Aug 31: Salal Power Station organised half yearly meeting of Town Official Language Implementation Committee (TOLIC), Reasi , which has been constantly working as a common platform for all the Central Government offices for proper compliance of the Official Language Policy and promotion of Hindi.
This half-yearly meeting for the year 2020-21 of this committee was conducted online. The meeting was chaired by N Ram, Head of Power Station, Salal Power Station. Kumar Pal Sharma, Deputy Director (Implementation) attended the online meeting as a special guest from Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
In addition to this, Shravan Kumar, Manager (Rajbhasha), from UCO Bank’s Zonal Office, Jalandhar; Sarita Kumari, Manager (Official Language),from Bank of Baroda , Regional Office, Jalandhar; Munnavar Sultana, Deputy Manager (Rajbhasha) from State Bank of India, Administrative Office, Jammu; Rita Devi, Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) from Union Bank of India, Regional Office, Jalandhar and Sadanand Chitle, Rajbhasha Officer from the Headquarters of Konkan Railway, Mumbai, joined the meeting online and expressed their views regarding compliance with the Official Language policy.
In order to ensure proper compliance of the Official Language policy, all the member offices of the committee discussed various agendas in detail and were motivated to propagate the Official Language Hindi.
Deputy General Manager (E&C) of Salal Power Station, Satyawan welcomed the Chairman of NARAKAS, N Ram, Head of Power Station, Salal Power Station while Shivani Bisht, Senior Manager (HR) hosted this online meeting. The Chairman presented his presidential address. Shri Kumar Pal Sharma, Deputy Director (Implementation), threw light on many aspects of Official Language Policy. Kuldeep Kumar Sharma, Asstt Manager (Rajbhasha), Salal Power Station presented the vote of thanks.
