DODA, May 21: A review meeting of staff of Block Assar was today held in BDO office by Assistant Commissioner Development Doda, Phulail Singh to review the RDD schemes including MGNREGA, Capex grants, PMaY, SBM and execution of Back to village works.
The meeting was attended by the Block development officer Assar and staff of Block Assar.
The ACD issued strict instructions to all the Secretary Panchayats to complete the PMAY houses sanctioned under secc-2011.
While reviewing the PMAY case by case, it was observed that there was a need to monitor all the houses under construction. The BDO Assar was directed to monitor the progress of all the field functionaries and submit the report on a weekly basis.
Taking a serious view of their poor performance, the salary of three secretaries was also stopped.
The ACD also inspected the works under MGNREGA and PMAY during the tour.
