REASI, Feb 1: In order to reach out common masses and redress their grievances virtually, District Development Commissioner Reasi, Charandeep Singh, today interacted with local people of the district on Reasi BEEPS.
During the Programme, callers from different corners of the district brought various developmental issues and grievances to the notice of district administration and immediate resolution was also made through virtual talks.
Acting on a complaint raised by local for deliberately delaying repair work of canal at Kotli, DC ordered withholding of salary of Assistant Executive Engineer of Jal Shakti Department besides initiating threadbare enquiry for ascertaining the reasons for such non-compliance of instructions of block Divas.
While interacting, Charandeep Singh emphasized that “This unique initiative Reasi BEEPS (Beat the Pandemic) was initiated during COVID-19 to remain connected with the public to instill their confidence during this Pandemic.
Speaking on the occasion, Charandeep Singh directed all concerned officers and officials to redress the grievances of people on priority. He also issued on spot directions to the concerned authorities on issues of urgent nature.
