SAMBA, Oct 5: In continuation to its drive against the absconders/criminals, district police, Samba apprehended an absconder from Dinga Amb, Kathua who was wanted in a case registered at PS Samba during the year 2012.
A police team of PS Samba headed by SHO Inspector Sudhir Sadhotra succeeded in apprehending the absconder namely Fouja Singh, son of Mandhar Singh of Mananu tehsil and district Samba, wanted in case FIR No. 230/2012 U/S 341,325 RPC registered at PS Samba who was evading his arrest since year 2012 after the commission of crime.
Accordingly, the absconder was produced in the court of law and thus, the arrest warrant 512 CrPC issued against him got executed.
