SAMBA, Feb 17: Samba police has nabbed one drug peddler in the jurisdiction of Police Station (PS) Ramgarh and recovered heroin (Chitta) like narcotic substance from his possession.
A police party of Police Station (PS) Ramgarh while performing vehicle checking duty at Naka Koulpur, intercepted a person moving on suspicious circumstances. During his frisking, heroin like narcotic substance has been recovered from his possession by the police.
The arrested drug peddler has been identified as BalkarSingh, son of Charan Singh of Barota Camp, Ramgarh. A case FIR No. 15/2024 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered against him at Police Station (PS) Ramgarh and further investigation is underway.
