SAMBA, Apr 11: A team of Police from police Station Samba headed by SI Surinder Singh under the supervision of Inspector Sanjeev Chib, SHO P/S Samba, succeeded in recovering the kidnapped minor girl of Indira Colony Samba from Village Suhubal Gajipur Uttar Pradesh (UP). A case FIR No. 31/2015 u/S 363 RPC was registered at Police Station Samba in this regard.
The Police also arrested kidnapper Ankur Kumar Yadav S/o Sudama Kumar Yadav R/o Khajua District Gajipur Uttar Pradesh (UP), who had kidnapped the girl after inducing her since Feburary 10 this year. After recovery, both the girl & the kidnapper were brought back to Samba where girl has been medically examined and after completing legal formalities, the girl was handed over to her legal heirs.
Another Police team of Police Station Bari-Brahmna headed by Inspector Bharat Sharma, SHO P/S Bari-Brahmna under the supervision of Shri Kulbir Handa, SDPO Bari-Brahmna recovered the missing girl D/o Tilak Raj R/o Gowal Bari-Brahmna from Satwari Jammu in Case FIR No. 27/2015 u/S 263 RPC P/S Bari-Brahmna and arrested the accused person namely Sanjay Kumar S/o Som Nath R/o Tarore Bari-Brahmna. The girl was handed over to her parents after medical examination.
In addition to above, similar team of P/S Bari-Brahmna alongwith the Police Team of P/S Pahalgam headed by ASI Mohd Yousaf recovered another kidnapped girl D/o Bashir Ahmed R/o Surchan Pahalgam from Telli Basi Bari-Brahmna in Case FIR No. 95/2014 u/S 363 RPC P/S Pahalgam and arrested the kidnapper namely Farooq Ahmed S/o Qasim R/o Ashamqam Anantnag, for further legal action into the matter by Police Station Pahalgam.
All these teams have been constituted and recoveries made under the direct supervision of Joginder Singh, SSP Samba and Faisal Qureshi, Additional SP Samba.
