Samba police recovers stolen cattle

SAMBA, Apr 27: Samba police worked out a theft case of cattle registered at Police Station, (PS) Bari-Brahmana by recovering stolen cattle.
Police said on Apr 24 a written complaint was lodged at PS Bari-Brahmana by one Keemat Chand, son of Chatru Ram of Tabeela Meen Sarker, Bari Brahmana regarding theft of his two cows from Tabeela Meen Sarker, Bari Brahmana.
Acting over the complaint, a case FIR No. 84/2022 U/S 379 IPC got registered at PS Bari Brahmana and investigation started to recover both the stolen cows.
During the course of investigation, police team of PS Bari Brahmana developed lead, gathered information from reliable sources followed by multiple raids at different places in and out of the district.
With the continuous strenuous efforts, both the stolen cows were recovered from Gidadh Galiya, Andeshkar Nagar Miran Sahab, Jammu. Further investigation is going on.
