SAMBA, Sept 25: A police party of Vijaypur Police Station in Samba district has traced out a missing girl and handed over to her parents.
According to police a written complaint was received at P/S Vijaypur from one Raj Kumar S/o Charan Dass R/o Thalori Vijaypur on September 22 stating therein that his daughter namely, Neelum Kumari (name changed), 20, left for market but did not return her home later.
Acting on the complaint, a missing report vide DD No. 20 dated 22.09.2017 was entered at P/S Vijaypur and search started to trace out the missing girl. To trace out the girl a police party from P/S Vijaypur headed by Inspector Suraj Pathania, SHO Vijaypur under the direct supervision of Abhishek Sharma, SDPO Vijaypur and under overall supervision of Anil Magotra, Samba launched the search operations in different places and finally succeeded in tracing out the girl. The police has closed the missing report after tracing the girl.
