SAMBA, Dec 27: Samba police has traced out a missing person against whom two non-bailable warrants have been issued by a Court in Samba.
Police said on November 1 this year a written report was lodged at Police Station (PS) Vijaypur by the wife of missing person namely Shahnaz Akhter wife of Azad Ahmed of Kanthpur tehsil Vijaypur district Samba stating therein that her husband had gone missing from home. All efforts were made out by the family members but the whereabouts of the missing person could not be ascertained.
Acting on complaint, a missing report vide DD No. 10 dated 01.11.2024 was entered at PS Vijaypur and search started to trace out him.
With continuous efforts, a police team headed by SHO Police Station, Vijaypur traced out the missing person. Accordingly, the report been closed.
It is pertinent to mention here that two non-bailable warrants had been issued against him by the Samba Court and these warrants were executed by producing him before the court.
