JAMMU, May 10: Continuing with the tradition started by Ashram for a decade now, Swami Kumar Ji Geeta Satsangh Ashram Muthi will solemnize Samohik Yagnopavit ceremony (wearing of sacred thread) of 34 Hindu boys as per Vedic traditions on May 12 in the Ashram premises TRT Muthi.
The function will start on May 11 with Bhajan Sandya and Kalash poojan. The Yagnopavit ceremony will be performed next day which coincides with birthday of Swami Ji and the devotees will be served with prashad afterwards.
