JAMMU, May 9: The State Government today ordered posting of Rigzian Sampheal as the Secretary Tourism Department.
Sampheal is an IAS officer of UP cadre, presently on inter-cadre deputation to J&K and was awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department.
Order issued in this regard, further says that Shah Faesal, Managing Director, J&K State Power Development Corporation, under orders of transfer as Additional Secretary, Tourism Department, shall continue as Managing Director J&K SPDC.
According to separate orders, Vinod Kumar Malhotra, Principal Private Secretary (HoD cadre), presently posted as Officer on Special Duty with the Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly, has been transferred and posted as OSD with the Deputy Chief Minister, J&K, with the immediate effect.
Zakir Hussain, Secretary, J&K State Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Finance Department.
Meanwhile, Dr Abdul Rashid, Secretary, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, has been re-designated as Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Department of Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, with immediate effect.
