JAMMU, Mar 14: “Sangharsh Hi Shakti Hai”, an inspirational book, authored by UNESCO awardee social activist and Chairperson Destitute And Handicapped Welfare Association (DAHWA), Surat Singh Sumbria, was released today by Chief Planning officer Udhampur, Rajeev Bhushan.
The book is a collection of struggle and experiences of the author, which focuses on several events and incidents. The idea of penning down the memoirs of struggle is to inspire the readers, especially youth towards creating a healthy and prosperous society.
The write ups in the book guide the readers how to face and overcome challenges in life. An effort has been made to acquaint the readers about harsh realities of life and ways to steer out of the problems, which are encountered by one and all. The ups and downs actually make a human strong enough to reach the destination.
The Chief Planning Officer appreciated Surat Singh Sumbria for bringing out this valuable publication, which is one another big addition to his contribution towards the cause of society for the past over 50 years. He hoped that the book would inspire readers to take challenges in life with courage and fortitude.
