KATHUA, Sept 22: With the divine blessings of Satguru Mata Sudiksha Savinder Hardev ji Maharaj, Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation branch Kathua organized a voluntarily blood donation camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, here today.
The camp was inaugurated by Rajeev Jasrotia Ex-MLA Kathua. While speaking on the occasion, he said that Nirankari Mission is doing a noblest and greatest service to the mankind. He said Sant Nirankari Mission is a leader amongst blood donation organizations not just in India, but across the world. He quoted the massage of Baba Hardev Singh ji that “Blood should flow in veins and not in drains”, and said that this is a clear yet powerful message for bringing peace in the world.
Ajit Singh, Zonal incharge Sant Nirankari Mandal presented the vote of thanks and highlighted the other socio-economic works of the Mission.
Satish Virdi, Sanyojak branch Kathua welcomed all and congratulated the donors of Sant Nirankari Mission.
Other dignitaries presented on the occasion were Dr Saadat Nazir Shah GMC Jammu, Dr Sonia Blood Bank GMC Kathua, Babu Ram, Ranjeet Singh Secreatry SSB, Jagdish Sharma Secretary Indian Red Cross Kathua, Yash Pal Sharma Sanchalak and several senior citizens and social workers of the society.
The camp was held in collaboration with blood and transfusion department of Govt Medical College Jammu, Govt Medical College Kathua, Indian Red.
