Saria strengthens on uptick in demand

NEW DELHI, Apr 8:  Saria prices shot up by Rs 700 per tonne at the steel market today following pick-up in constructions activity.
Traders attributed the rise in saria prices to increased offtake by stockists following pick-up in constructions activity.
Saria Kamdhenu 8-mm, 10-mm and 12-mm were up by Rs 700 each to Rs 41,200, Rs 40,000 and Rs 40,000 per tonne, respectively.
Saria 16-25-mm also traded higher by a similar margin to Rs 39,500 per tonne.

Saria Kamdhenu: 8-mm Rs 41,200, 10-mm Rs 40,000, 12-mm Rs 40,000, 16-25 mm Rs 39,500.
