New Delhi, Oct 22: Former Minister Roads and Building and MLA Inderwal G M Saroori today called on Union Minister for Rural Development Jai Ram Ramesh and discussed issues related to development and road projects under PMGSY in Jammu and Kashmir.
Saroori said J&K Government had already submitted detail project reports of those unconnected villages/habitation with a low population of 250 souls enabling the Centre to sanction for the better road communication.
Saroori stressed on sanctioning of Stage II road projects of erstwhile District Doda for Improv-ement/Shingling/Metling / Premixing.
The Minister assured that he will sanction all these projects in strengthening core networks in all the areas of Jammu and Kashmir.
