KISHTWAR, Sept 21: Former Minister and MLA Inderwal, G M Saroori today laid foundation stone of Balgaran-Binoon watershed scheme covering 6 Panchayats of Bhunzwah area of Drabshala block of Kishtwar district.
While addressing people Saroori said that project is being executed at a cost of Rs 5.86 crore and will be covering 6 Panchayats of Drabshala block of district Kishtwar. He laid foundation stone of Integrated Watershed Management Project (IWMP) at Patshallah, Nali of Bunjwah area.
He said that funds earmarked by the Union Government should be utilized judiciously ensuring the proper implementation of the scheme. He said that by the implementation of various Centrally sponsored schemes, State is leading towards new heights of development besides generating employment avenues for educated employed youth of the State.
