JAMMU, Oct 14:  Former Congress Minister and MLA Inderwal G M Saroori has warned vested interest against gagging whistleblowers, by some so called politicians who are employing undemocratic technique to gag the voice of true representatives of public.
So much so they even harass the business community to make them stay away from business and if they don’t succumb, Government machinery is used to implicate them falsely.
Similarly same modus operandi is adopted to gag leaders irrespective of parties. Vested interest engage such agents to harass and give impression to prove themselves right.
They want to distract the attention of public from their failure to address the public issues. They are great failures and stand exposed before public and will face music in coming elections.
Meanwhile Saroori who is on personal visit to Rajouri district for two days paid obeisance at Shahdara Sharief and prayed for peace, progress, prosperity of the State and wellbeing of the people.
Saroori interacted with devotees and the management of the Dargah Sharief and took stock of the facilities available for devotees and Zaireen at the shrine complex.
He also urged District administration of Kishtwar to ensure availability of essential things especially availability of water supply at the designated places, uninterrupted power supply and adequate supply of ration to the general people on the coming festival.
Saroori also directed the police to make proper security arrangements around the Eid-Gah and Jamia Masjid during the celebration of EID festival and to ensure adequate deployment at sensitive points.
