SRINAGAR, May 21: A village Sarpanch in north Kashmir Baramulla district has been arrested with 90 grams of charas.
Tariq Ahmad Dar, a sarpanch in Kreeri area, was arrested in Pattan area of the district last night following recovery of the contraband from his possession, police said.
Dar had been arrested last year also following recovery of 150 grams of charas from him.
Dar was out on bail after the police filed the charge sheet against him in last year’s case, police spokesman said. (PTI)
