JAMMU, Feb 23: Prominent persons of ST community from Larnoo and Kokernag joined BJP in presence of J&K BJP president, Ravinder Raina at party Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, here, today.
All those who joined the party today are elected PRIs including senior PDP worker and Sarpanch Goridramman Larnoo, Ch Basharat Khatana and Sarpanch, Hallpora, Kokernag, Gulzar Ahmad Dar. They joined the party with their supporters.
Other leaders who are present in the programme are State general secretary, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, All Morcha in charge, Munish Sharma and State president, ST, Choudhary Roshan Hussain.
Ravinder Raina welcomed the new entrants into the world’s biggest political organization and prompted them to dedicate themselves for the welfare of the society and the nation as a whole. He said that with the charismatic public welfare policies of BJP, the party has benefitted every neglected section of the society. He said that with the developing faith in BJP, people are joining the party in large numbers.
Dr. Devinder Manyal said that the party is committed to uphold the cherished agenda of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas by steering all segments of society, irrespective of caste, religion and region, on the path of progress and development.
Munish Sharma said that the BJP is the party of masses. She said that the party is of the view that the new members will work in accordance with the party principles.
Choudhary Roshan Hussain complimented the senior party leadership for their guidance to the new entrants. He said that the new entrants are prominent political representatives and they would take the party principles to every member of the society.
