Sat asks observers, ROs to ensure unbiased organizational poll

BJP gears up for party elections

JAMMU, Jan 4: Sat Sharma CA, president, J&K BJP, accompanied by Ashok Koul, general secretary (Organization), Jugal Kishore Sharma, MP (Lok Sabha), and Rakesh Mahajan, Returning Officer, Sangathan Parv J&K BJP discussed holding organizational elections for Mandal presidents of party with the senior leaders of party in a series of meetings held at party Headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, here, today.
Senior leaders of the party designated as the observers, and Returning Officers for the organizational elections participated in the meeting. During the meeting, discussions were held to gear up the organizational elections and complete the whole process of Sangathan Parv in a time-bound manner.
Ravinder Raina, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, Yudhvir Sethi, Vikram Randhawa, Arvind Gupta, Chander Mohan Gupta, Anuradha Singh Charak, Veenu Khanna, Pawan Sharma, Baldev Singh Billawaria, Munish Sharma, Inderjeet, Purnima Sharma, Abhinav Sharma, Rajni Sethi, Dr. Abhijeet Singh Jasrotia, Dr Tahir Choudhary, Jugal Dogra, Narain Singh, Vipan Sharma, and others were present in the meetings.
Sat Sharma, while addressing the meetings, asked the party leaders and observers to conduct individual meetings with all the senior local leaders of the party to have their unbiased views before they draw any conclusion. He stressed for total fair and unbiased elections for the healthier internal democracy within the party and strengthened organization.
“BJP follows the democracy in letter and spirit, both in the public as well as within the organization. Even the most senior person on the highest chair of the party has to vacate the position for a more suitable party worker after the organizational elections. This is the beauty of democracy in our organization”, said Sat Sharma.
Ashok Koul prompted the party leaders to share the details of the progress of ongoing elections. He shared the dates for the elections of Mandal presidents, and district presidents and the associated processes. He instructed all the observers and the Returning Officers designated for the job to ensure the whole process with utmost professionalism in accordance with the organizational principles.
Jugal Kishore Sharma asked the observers and Returning Officers to conduct all the relevant procedures in a time-bound manner in order to facilitate the timely execution of the organizational elections under the ongoing “Sangathan Parv”.
Rakesh Mahajan asked all the observers, and Returning Officers to perform their allotted task meticulously on ground level.
