JAMMU, Oct 1: Eyeing on all 26 Municipal Wards in Jammu West Assembly segment, MLA Sat Sharma campaigned in many of these wards.
He visited door to door and held series of public meetings along with candidates and prominent workers and inhabitants of the Assembly segment.
He also interacted with various prominent people hailing from different wards.
During his campaign he visited Ward number 8, 13, 14, 28, 29, 31, 33, 39, 40 and 41 of Jammu West Assembly segment.
Speaking on the occasion, Sharma advised candidates to focus on man to man contact with masses and advised the candidates to highlight the achievements of BJP.
He also stressed upon making polling booth wise teams which can motivate voters to cast their vote so that every person can exercise its democratic right. He also stated that BJP is the only party that has been advocating conduct of the Municipal elections and Panchayat elections in the State and now when these elections are being held, funding from centre will be utilized properly and will reach grass root level which lapsed otherwise every year.
