Sat dedicates new power transformer to people of Hazuri Bagh

JAMMU, July 8: In order to provide better power connectivity to inhabitants of Ward No 41, former Minister and Ex MLA Jammu West, Sat Sharma dedicated newly installed power transformer to residents of Hazuri Bagh area.
The former Minister was accompanied by Corporator of Ward No 41, Sanjay Baru, district president, BJP, Ayodhya Gupta, Sahil Ji Maharaj and many others hailing from the area.
The works for setting up of new station at Hazuri Bagh has been carried out by PDD (Power Development Department) at an estimated cost of Rs 9 lakh approximately and it will cater to the needs of thousands of inhabitants of the Ward.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that it was indeed a long pending demand of the locals and the same has been met so that a major relief could be provided to the inhabitants in this scorching summer as earlier the load was on one transformer only, resulting into low voltage and fluctuations but the new transformer will overcome all these problems.
He said BJP is committed to work for masses and believes in agenda of “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas”. He said that other wards in Jammu West where power problem persists have also been kept on priority and with the help of department their problems will also be solved.
Sanjay Baru hailed the pro active approach of former MLA and stated that Ward 41 has been equipped with all modern infra and that is with the help of former MLA who is still working 24×7 in order to provide best possible services to masses.
