JAMMU, May 25: Former State president BJP, Sat Sharma (CA) along with Sangathan Mantri Jammu Poonch Parliamentary Constituency, Inderjit Sharma, district president Munish Khajuria and district president, SC Morcha, Yash Pal Shivgotra held introductory meeting with newly constituted team of BJP SC Morcha, Jammu West district in which newly appointed office bearers were present and future course of action was discussed. District general secretaries, Advocate Rajesh Gupta and Advocate Karan Sharma, Mandal presidents, Raveesh Mengi and Keshav Chopra were also present.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma congratulated the newly appointed office bearers and asked everyone to work for the betterment of society and party at grass root level. He said that the norms laid by the Government of India regarding social distancing must be maintained and the work of party must be carried forward keeping in view all the security concerns. He also stated that only activists of BJP were working on the ground during this pandemic situation which shows the honesty and dedication of each and every activist towards serving the nation.
Inderjit asked the activists present to work in coordinated way with each other so that no dispute concerning party arises amongst activists. He asked the Jammu West unit to communicate with each other regarding programs and other activities of the party in order to build a conducive work atmosphere.
Munish said that four basic points in which BJP Jammu West was working during pandemic situation included feeding the needy, contribution towards PM CARES FUND, Aarogya Setu App and face cover awareness and with the efforts of whole team and former MLA, every work was performed to its optimum which covered thousands of needy families across Jammu West.
Yash Pal Shivgotra presented vote of thanks and said that SC Morcha will work for betterment of society in every way possible. He also assured that party will reach more heights in upcoming times under the leadership of former MLA and district team.
BD Naryal, Bansi Lal Digra, TR Shariya, Bachan Lal Bhagat, Pawan Kumar Bhagat, Babu Ram Padha, Rajesh Kumar, Narinder Pal, Sujata Devi, Ravi Kumar, Ashok Kumar were also present.
