Sat kick starts various development works

JAMMU, Feb 25: Providing best possible services to the residents of Jammu West at their doorsteps, State BJP president and MLA Jammu West, Sat Sharma started various developmental works at NITCO Lane and Hazuri Bagh areas of Ward Number 31 and 41.
Accompanied by officials of JMC and PWD (R&B), Sharma started the works in the presence of a large number of people hailing from the areas which also included social and political activists as well.
The works of lane and drain at NITCO Lane will be done under the supervision of JMC and works of covering patches for better road connectivity and drain work in Hazuri Bagh will be done under the supervision of PWD, R&B Department.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that it is his priority to fulfill the needs of residents of his constituency as they voted for him on the agenda of development and it is his responsibility to flourish Jammu West by developing it to the level of a Model Constituency.
He said that the list submitted by him pertaining to JMC for developmental works in all 26 Wards of Jammu West is under process and in the coming days works concerning lanes and drains and other municipal works including cleaning and covering of nullahs, installing new street lights for every Ward and sanitation works will take place in all Wards of Jammu West constituency.
The BJP leader along with officials and locals also toured the adjoining areas and directed the officials to take up the developmental works in those areas also in order to avoid inconvenience to residents which included development of lanes and drains in the adjoining areas.
