JAMMU, Mar 21: BJP State president and MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma today inaugurated host of development works including lanes and drains besides laying the foundation of community hall at Krishna Nagar Ward No 12.
Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that every leader of BJP has put forth his maximum efforts in reaching up to the people’s expectations. He insisted that in the State of J&K, BJP has shared the power in alliance with PDP for the sake of people.
Sat Sharma said that for decades people in Jammu have struggled for their rights and to get their rights and for the development in the region they have voted heavily in favour of their own party. BJP is dedicatedly working for the reason and the common masses from the region will never be let down in any matter by the party, he added.
Sharma also complimented the Central leadership of the Party under the command of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and BJP national president, Amit Shah who are working day and night for the welfare of the people living in the remotest areas of the country.
He said BJP at the Centre and in the State is working with the motto of providing the best possible infrastructure to the common masses.
While giving information of the present works, MLA said that the construction of lanes and drains was inaugurated at Krishna Nagar, Ward No 12 with the help of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC). The project will incur a cost of Rs 24 lakh. The foundation of community hall was initiated at Ward No 12, Krishna Nagar near Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park. The project will be completed at a cost of around Rs 10.61 lakh, Sharma added.
District president BJP, Ayodhya Gupta, Naresh Sharma, Mandal president Jeet Angral, Karan Sharma, advocate Rajesh Gupta, Sat Paul Karlupia, Montu Veena Gupta, Keshav Chopra and others were present on the occasion.
