JAMMU, Aug 3: Serving the masses, BJP aims to promote a healthy, resilient democracy based on inclusiveness, which in turn, ensures equitable society with all-embracing growth, stated Sat Sharma, former J&K BJP president and former Minister.
Sat Sharma (CA), accompanied by Ashwani Sharma, former MLA and Sanjay Baru, convener, Urban Local Body Cell, J&K BJP was attending to the public grievances at BJP Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Numerous individuals and deputations from different parts of Jammu and Kashmir visited the party office to represent the issues of their respective areas as well as their individual concerns before the senior party leadership.
Main issues presented in the camp related to the water, electricity, lanes, drains, roads, health, revenue departments, Ration issue etc.
A deputation of All Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees Association, Kashmir division, drawn from 24 departments namely Education, Health, Rural Development, Forests, CAPD, Revenue, Youth Services & Sports, Fisheries, Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture, Floriculture etc requested that they should be repatriated back to their respective home districts of Jammu districts.
Sat Sharma immediately discussed their issues with the concerned officers after which he assured them that their issues would be addressed soon.
Listening patiently to the various issues represented by the deputations, Sat Sharma telephonically talked to the concerned departmental officials and issued letters for the others.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma stressed that serving the general masses sincerely; BJP aims to promote a healthy, resilient democracy based on inclusiveness, which in turn, will ensure equitable society with all-embracing growth. This dedicated working by the party and its activists and the exemplary working by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi led Government; has today ensured that India is today being recognized as one of the major world powers. He maintained that BJP workers would continue their works in the service of society and nation in the similar way.
