JAMMU, Mar 20: J&K National Panthers Party, president Prof Bhim Singh today urged the President of India, Ram Nath Kovind for his immediate intervention to save J&K from the axe of Dixon Plan.
Talking to media persons here today, the former NPP Legislator said Owen Dixon was the special representative of the Pro-American countries, who had planted Justice Owen Dixon as a representative of the USA and its allies to represent them in the Security Council in 1951. The aim was to segregate J&K from India.
“It was Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru who had opposed the new doctrine called `Dixon Plan’ to seek separation of Kashmir from the rest of the State of J&K. This Plan is still alive in the USA plan,” Bhim Singh added. Click here to watch video
The NPP leader further said if this plan was implemented it shall bifurcate J&K from rest of the country. It was Pt Nehru who dismissed Sheikh Mohd Abdullah from premiership of J&K state in 1953 and sent him to jail for his defiance.
Bhim Singh said the anti-India countries in the United Nations are being used by the USA to revive the Dixon Plan. He said this Plan has become an international conspiracy to damage India.
NPP leader pointed out that the latest political doctrine evolved by the BJP Government in Modi’s Plan is highly dangerous and the political parties in Parliament should seek a word explanation from Modi and his party so that India remains as an integral part of the Union of India. As was annexed by Maharaja Hari Singh on Oct 26, 1947. The latest formula evolved vis-à-vis Jammu and Kashmir by Modi Govt deserves a careful study in the greater interest of National Integration.
Prof Bhim Singh appealed to the Parliament of India and all the nationalist and secular forces who believe in the unity and integration of J&K with the country, to understand the conspiracy behind which was announced by Modi Govt in a document as ” Jammu and Kashmir Official Gazette” dated 14-03.2022.
Senior leaders Anita Thakur, P K Ganjoo and others also accompanied Prof Bhim Singh
