SBI presents Rs 3.05 cr cheque to CM

JAMMU, Apr 6: Chief General Manager, State Bank of India (SBI), Chandigarh Circle, Lingaraj Mahapatra presented a cheque worth Rs 3.05 crore to the Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed as a contribution towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, to support the efforts of the Government in providing relief and succour to the people of the State.
The Chief Minister, thanked Mr.Mahapatra for the kind gesture of the State Bank and appreciated the Bank’s role in extending help to the people affected by State’s worst ever floods in September last.
General Manager, SBI Chandigarh, Kumar Rajan, Deputy General Manager SBI (J&K), Arvind Priya and Lead District Manager, SBI Jammu, Jawahar Koul were also present on the occasion.
