JAMMU, Oct 3: State Bank of India (SBI), Rural self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) today organized valediction function for dress designing course for women, which was started on September 9, 2013.
The course was conducted for 28 young aspiring unemployed youth.
Dr Tahir Firdous, District Project Manager, National Rural Livelihoods Mission, Doda, graced the occasion and distributed the certificates among the trained youth. He urged them to use the new acquired enhanced skills and the talent at RSETI to translate into income generation and employment.
Dr Firdous also made aware the participants about the formation of Self Help Groups under NRLM scheme and hoped that the trainees graduated from RSETI would be of great help in forming self Help Groups in the district.
Assistant General Manager, Lead Bank Office Doda, IB Sharma, assured the participants that Banks would provide necessary financial assistance as per the requirements of the enterprise and banking norms.
