JAMMU, Sept 30: Supreme Court of India today formally approved resolution regarding elevation of Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey as Chief Justice of Common High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh and transfer of present Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal to the High Court of Rajasthan.
The decisions in this regard were taken by the Supreme Court Collegium comprising Chief Justice of India Justice U U Lalit and four senior most Judges in its meeting held on September 28, 2022.
