JAMMU, Feb 7: Supreme Court today dismissed fresh Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) challenging the State High Court orders regarding sealing of illegally constructed structures in the holy town of Katra.
The fresh SLPs were filed against the order of the Division Bench of State High Court dated January 30, 2014 whereby it dismissed six review petitions and imposed costs of Rs 10,000 each on the petitioners.
While dismissing the SLPs, a bench of Supreme Court upheld the State High Court order dated January 30,. 2014.
