Dispute pertaining to Krishna Janmabhoomi

JAMMU, Jan 29: In the petitions pertaining to validity of orders passed by the High Court of Allahabad in dispute pertaining to Krishna Janmabhoomi and more particularly orders of transferring the civil suits to the High Court, Supreme Court today extended till next date of hearing interim order of stay on survey of disputed area and appointment of Court Commissioner. Advocate on Record, Supreme Court, Nar Hari Singh also filed an application for impleadment in Fresh Special Leave Petition No 481/2024 pending before Apex Court for Naresh Kumar Yadav, who is one of the plaintiff in a suit before Mathura Court wherein he is supporting both the orders passed by the High Court of Allahabad—-transferring all the suits before Allahabad High Court and appointment of Court Commissioner.
The next hearing is fixed in the month of April.
