JAMMU, Nov 29: All J&K School Education Non-Teaching Employees Forum, Jammu held a meeting under the chairmanship of its president Bharat Bhushan Kotwal.
In the meeting, Bashir Mohammad Malik, State President of the forum was the chief guest, while as RA Inqalabi, Director School Education (DSE), Jammu was also present.
The forum presented a memorandum of demands to Director School Education Jammu highlighting various demands.
The demands included regularization of Incharge Head Assistants and Incharge Section Officers pending since January 1, 2011, promotion of Senior Assistants to Head Assistants and Head Assistants to Section Officers, creation of Non-teaching posts in the 44 Non-NES zones, creation of posts/adjustment of clerical cadre in CEO Offices/ZEO Offices in respect of RMSA/SSA, issuance of formal promotion/adjustment orders of Junior Assistants to Senior Assistants, detachment of teaching staff deployed/attached in various offices, deputation of Senior Assistants for Secretariat Assistants Training and Head Assistant/Sections Officers for Capsule Course, clarification from Finance Department regarding the time bound promotion under SRO 14 (Functional/Non-functional), re-organisation in the School Education Department, DPC of all cadres of Non-teaching staff after every 65 months and retrospective effect of placement of DPC date i.e. 25, 26 August 2012 all non-teaching staff, remuneration of overtime work of non-teaching staff, framing of transfer policy of Non-teaching employees and computer training of newly promoted Junior Assistants.
Director gave patient hearing to the demands presented before him and assured the forum for redressal of the same as early as possible.
