Srinagar, Sept 14: Police today arrested a school teacher with large quantity of codeine phosphate in Kupwara district of north Kashmir.
A police spokesman said that based on specific input, a special team of police recovered huge quantity of codeine from a school teacher and he has been identified as Zahoor Ahmad Wani of Lalpora in Lolab area of Kupwara.
“In this connection, a case under FIR number 52/2017 under section 8/21 NDPS Act has been registered and investigation has started,” he said.
