JAMMU, Mar 1: A scooty and a car were stolen from the jurisdiction of Nowabad and Domana Police Stations.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by Mohit Kumar, son of Vijay Kumar, a resident of Patoli Mangotrian with Police Station Nowabad regarding theft of scooty from outside GGM Science College.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 42/2020 under section 379 IPC has been registered at Nowabad Police Station and hunt has been launched to nab the thieves.
Meanwhile, a complaint was lodged by Satish Sharma, son of Mohan Lal of Machine Domana with Police Station Domana regarding theft of his car from Machine Domana area.
A case under FIR Number 69/2020 under Section 379 IPC has been registered at Domana Police Station and investigation started.
No arrest was made till last reports were compiled in the aforesaid cases.
