SAMBA, May 8: A scooty rider was injured after hit by swift Dzire car at SIDCO Chowk, here, today. The injured has been identified as Pardeep Gupta, son of Madan Lal Gupta, resident of Ward No 8, Samba.
Police said the accident took place at SIDCO Chowk area of Samba when a swift Dzire car bearing Registration No JK02BL- 4705 on its way to Jammu from Kathua suddenly hit a scooty bearing Registration No JK21D- 5483, as a result the scooty rider got critically injured.
He was brought to District Hospital Samba with the assistance of police. After first aid the doctors at DH Samba referred him to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu for further treatment.
In this regard Police has registered a case and started investigation.
