JAMMU, Aug 17: On the auspicious Shravan month, Swastik Charitable Trust (SCT) under its president, Pawan Kumar Shastri organized a Yoga Camp and Ganga Darshan at Haridwar for the people who have earlier not visited Haridwar.
Today Trust dispatched its 5th batch of pilgrims to Haridwar for the Yoga Camp by a special bus from Shakti Nagar Jammu.
A handout stated that the Trust bears to and fro expenses of the visiting pilgrims besides providing them free residential accommodation and free food under this programme.
Also for the purpose of taking due care of visiting pilgrims and senior citizens in the way, two doctors have also been arranged by the Trust.
During the programme visiting pilgrims will attend free Yoga classes along with lessons on correct way of performing Pooja Archana.
The 5th batch of pilgrims was sent to Haridwar after performing proper rituals by Pawan Kumar Shastri himself.
The celebration was attended by Joginder Shastri, Raj Kumar Gupta, president Gau Raksha Samiti Amphalla along with other prominent citizens.
