Srinagar, July 3: The Enforcement wing of the Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) today carried out a demolition drive against the unscrupulous persons who had illegally grabbed the land of Srinagar Development Authority at Sector 7 in Chattabal.
Officials said that the earth filling was being carried out by the encroachers during the night hours.
They said that the enforcement wing of the SDA swung into action and retrieved that land from the unscrupulous elements and land brokers.
The SDA has appealed to the general public residing within SDA jurisdiction not to indulge in any activity without obtaining building permission from it.
“Any structure raised without obtaining building permissions shall be sealed /demolished,” SDA said.
