BHADERWAH, Sept 25: To ensure punctuality, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Thathri inspected various Government offices including schools and found 21 employees unauthorized absent.
During the surprise inspection, SDM Thathri Mohammad Anwar Banday found 21 employees unauthorized absent from their duties since long.
Taking serious note of the matter, SDM has initiated an enquiry and also sought explanation from all the absentees. He also stopped the salaries of these absent employees.
The absent employees were Tariq Hussain, Zulafkar Ali, Jaffer Hussain, Zakir Hussain, Yassar Rashid, Tanveer Ahmed, Barham Rattan, Mohan Lal, Rajinder Singh, Zahoor Ahmad, Sat Raj, Irfan Ahmad, Jaswant Raj, Surjeet Singh Shankuntla Devi, Santosh Kumari, Yogeeta Thakur, Charanjeet Kour, Rekha, Shib Devi and Santosh Singh.
Tehsildar Phagsoo Suresh Kumar Nagiyal will conduct the inquiry in detail and submit his report and recommendations to SDM within two weeks.
