JAMMU, Feb 11: Public Works Department and Jal Shakti Department today reshuffled four Engineers.
As per an order, today Sajjad Naqib, In-charge Superintending Engineer (R&B) Ganderbal-Bandipora Circle shall hold the charge of Superintending Engineer, CRP Circle Srinagar in addition to his own duties till further orders; Nayeem Khan, Incharge SE (R&B), Srinagar-Budgam Circle shall hold the charge of Joint Commissioner Works, SMC Srinagar in addition to his own duties till further orders and Dinesh Kumar Nayyar, Executive Engineer (Civil) has been recalled from JKPCC who shall report to the Higher Education Department for further posting in University of Jammu till March 31, 2023.
Meanwhile, sanction was accorded to the placement of Nand Kishore Gupta, Superintending Engineer as Incharge Chief Engineer subject to his placement/assignment of charge only to meet administrative exigency, without conferring on him any preferential right to claim promotion on substantive basis or subject to superior claim of any left out officer is found genuine or upon outcome of legal proceedings.
Consequent upon his placement as incharge Chief Engineer, Nand Kishore Gupta has been posted as Chief Engineer, Civil Investigation and Design Wing, Kashmir (JKSPDC) with immediate effect.
