JAMMU, Nov 7: Troops continued search operations at village Khablan in Thannamandi area of Rajouri district for second day today while similar searches in Bhatta Durrian forest of Mendhar in Poonch district entered 28th day.
However, no contact was established with the militants today either in Thannamandi or in Bhatta Durrian, the officials said.
Searches at Khablan and surrounding areas were launched yesterday after movement of two suspected militants was observed.
However, the officials said, there has been no contact with the militants so far.
Searches in Bhatta Durrian forests of Mendhar also entered 28th day today without any success.
