KATHUA, Sept 30: Secretary Tourism, J&K, Rigzin Samphael today visited the area of Lakhanpur -Sarthal Development Authority to inspect and review the progress of the works under execution at various places within the authority.
He visited tourist complex Satwain, Tourist complex Basohli and Ranjit Sagar lake to review the progress of various works under capex plan and PMDP phase 1. Secretary Tourism also interacted with officer and official of the Lakhanpur Sarthal Dev Authority
Executive Engineer LSDA Sushil Kumar apprised the Secy about the various works being carried out for tourism promotion in the area .The Secretary appreciated the works being carried out by the authority and directed to complete the same within the stipulated time to ensure that assets created are put to use at the earliest. Junior Engineer Lakhanpur Sarthal Dev Authority Manjot Pal Singh also accompanied.
Later Secretary Tourism inspected the languishing project Budget Accommodation Lakhanpur and interacted with Executive Engineer Bani Basohli Dev Authority Rajan Sharma, Asst Executive Engineer Bani Basohli Dev authority Dinesh Nayyar, Junior Engineer Lakhanpur Sarthal Dev Authority Ashwani Bawa and Junior Engineer Bani Basohli Dev Authority Manish Magotra in the office of Lakhanpur Sarthal Dev Authority.
