JAMMU, May 26: A seminar on Communal Harmony and National Integration was organised at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Sunderbani.
On the occasion, Rafi Ahmed Bhat, Divisional Forest Officer, Nowshera was the chief guest, while SHO Davinder Singh Katoch, retd Major Yog Raj Sharma, retd Headmaster Bansi Lal, Tehsildar Sunderbani, Forest Range Office Sunderbani and school faculty were also present.
Students expressed their views on Communal Harmony and National Integration.
Organizer of the Seminar, Lekh Raj Raina, Ram Paul Sharma and Pyaru Ram also sang songs and recited poems.
At the end, Kundan Lal Raina, Principal of the School, presented vote of thanks.
A book “Sarab Dharma Sambhav Samta” written by Lekh Raj Raina on Communal Harmony National Integration was unveiled by MLC Ravinder Sharma.
Later, prizes were distributed among the participants.
