BHADERWAH, Oct 2: In continuation with observance of National Plan of Action for October 2013, a seminar on mediation and conciliation was organized in University Campus Bhaderwah today under the chairmanship of Kamlesh Pandita, Chairman Tehsil Legal Service Bhaderwah.
On the occasion students and other members in the gathering were apprised of the methods of alternative dispute resolution for deciding the disputes pending before the courts and their relevance in the present time.
The concept of mediation, conciliation, arbitration and Lok Adalats were highlight of the programme.
The students also participated in the interactive session. The SDM Bhaderwah, Tehsildar Bhaderwah and faculty members of the University were present on the occasion.
