JAMMU, Nov 19: J&K Branch of NIRC of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organized a seminar on New Companies Act and Direct Taxes at Jammu Club here today.
On the occasion, the eminent speakers were Omesh Gupta and Loveneesh Kapoor.
Chairman J&K Branch Dalip K Koul presented the welcome address and emphasized on the importance of the topics of the seminar.
The speakers deliberated in detail and enlightened the members about various important aspects related to the topic.
Secretary J&K Branch of ICAI Anil Sharma conducted the proceedings and Vikram Garg, Vice Chairman presented vote of thanks.
Shalay Razdan, treasurer and Sandeep Pachnanda, member of executive committee along with a large number of chartered accountants participated in the seminar.
